Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

This policy describes the information Seekr handles and how it is used to provide and protect the service.

1. Information handled by Seekr

Account data can include your email address, optional username, password hash, authentication provider, verification status, plan, credits, and account timestamps.

Operational and security records can include request identifiers, endpoint and status information, response times, credits used, IP address, user-agent information, referral details, language and browser signals, and fraud-prevention results.

2. Searches and results

Search inputs are processed to provide the requested OSINT, breach, or leaked-credential search. Depending on the selected search, identifiers may be sent to relevant external data providers and limited module diagnostics may retain the searched username. Results can contain data from public sources or third-party databases.

3. Payments and redemptions

Seekr can receive order identifiers, product identifiers, customer email addresses, redemption codes, fulfilment status, and plan changes from SellApp or during code redemption. Payment-card details are not entered into Seekr and are handled by the checkout provider.

4. Service providers

Seekr relies on providers for infrastructure, email delivery, authentication, CAPTCHA, checkout fulfilment, IP-risk checks, and search data. Information is shared only as needed to provide those functions or when legally required. Seekr does not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and local settings

Essential session cookies keep signed-in accounts authenticated. The frontend can also store local interface preferences, such as theme or dashboard display settings. The aggregate growth analytics system does not use analytics cookies or browser fingerprinting.

6. Retention and security

Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Seekr uses technical and access controls intended to protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You can request information about or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

8. Policy changes

This policy may be updated as Seekr changes. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
