These terms explain the rules for accessing and using Seekr.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Seekr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted use
Seekr is an open-source intelligence platform intended for lawful research, security investigations, and personal data monitoring. You must use the service only for legal purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
3. Prohibited activities
You may not use Seekr to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm another person; conduct unlawful surveillance; facilitate unauthorized access; collect data for spam or unlawful marketing; disrupt the service; or violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account or API keys. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Credits, plans, and billing
Search credits and Supporter access are subject to the limits and durations shown when purchased or redeemed. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Pricing, limits, and credit costs may change with reasonable notice.
6. Data and privacy
Seekr processes account, security, payment-fulfilment, and usage data as described in the Privacy Policy. Search results can include public information and data supplied by external providers. You are responsible for handling results lawfully.
7. Availability and accuracy
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Search sources can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Seekr does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy or completeness of any result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seekr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
